Adapters for rolling bearings are used for easily fixing rolling bearings with a tapered bore on the cylindrical shaft. The bearing is pressed against the cut-out conical sleeve to achieve the requested fixed fit. The adapters are supplied complete with the lock nut. They can be mounted directly on a shaft of common steel, meaning simple and economical designs are possible. When mounting the adapters, make sure that the inner bearing ring is sufficiently secured to the shaft and that the clearance in the bearing does not fall below the permissible value.
Withdrawal sleeves are used for fixing rolling bearings with a tapered bore to the cylindrical shaft. The split sleeve is pressed into the bearing bore. When dismounting, the withdrawal sleeve is pulled out of the bearing by tightening the removal nut.
Nuts for rolling bearings are used for mounting and dismounting the withdrawal sleeves. They are also used to secure bearings and other machine parts on the shaft.
