Japanese company NSK Ltd. is one of the world's leading manufacturers of rolling bearings, linear technology and automotive components. The company was founded in 1916 and became the first Japanese manufacturer of ball bearings, gradually growing their product line into a whole range of rolling bearings. In the 1950s the company entered the market for linear systems with ball screws and linear guides. The first European sales office was established in Germany in 1963 and the first European production plant in 1976.

Today, NSK can be found on almost every continent – with production facilities, sales offices, technology centres and more than 31,000 employees. Products and solutions from NSK can be found everywhere there’s motion – even under the toughest of conditions. Today, NSK is the world's largest manufacturer of ball bearings and ball screws; the leader in the development and production of high-speed precision spindle bearings for machine tools as well as precise linear guides.

 

Across the wide range of NSK products, one thing remains consistent – top quality, which is reflected in the high reliability and long service life of products. NSK products can be found in the Shinkansen train and the ISS, International Space Station. NSK has won the Toyota award many times for a million delivered bearings without claims.

 

NSK has a large network of manufacturing plants in Europe – in Poland, Germany and the UK. To ensure delivery reliability, each NSK product is produced in at least two factories, increasing customer confidence all around the world.
