Ball screws support bearing units
Two variants of ball screw support bearing units:
- With a heavy loads feature for machine tool applications. These bearing units are fitted with ball screw support precision bearings TAC, BSB.
- With a light loads feature for small equipment with low load. These bearing units are fitted with standard angular contact ball bearings.
WBK series
- WBK…01 – bearing unit for small equipment and light load. Square type, with angular contact ball bearings, inner diameter from 6 –25 mm.
- WBK...S01 – bearing unit for small equipment and light load. Square type, with ball bearings, inner diameter from 6–25 mm.
- WBK...SF-01 – bearing unit for small equipment and light load. Square type, with ball bearings, inner diameter from 12–15 mm. These bearing units are suitable especially for NSK ball screw type VFA.
- WBK...R-11 – bearing unit for small equipment and light load. Round type, with angular contact ball bearings, inner diameter 4 mm or 6 mm. These bearing units are suitable especially for NSK ball screw, RMA and RMS type.
- WBK...-11 – bearing unit for small equipment and light load. Round type, with angular contact ball bearings, inner diameter from 6–25 mm.
- WBK…DF-31 – bearing unit for machine tools.
Three types of these bearings are produced, classified according to their internal arrangement:
- DF arrangement – WBK...DF-31 series
- DFD arrangement – WBK...DFD-31H series
- DFF arrangement – DFF-31H series
BSCU series
The BSCU series of cartridge units with BSB ball screw support bearings has been developed to provide the machine manufacturer with easy to handle, ready-made unit giving excellent rigidity and accuracy. The unit incorporates a flange that can be bolted on to a flat surface which is perpendicular to the ball screw axis. They can be supplied with either paired or quadruplex bearing sets and, unless otherwise stated, they will be provided with a back-to-back bearing arrangement (DB).
BSPB series
The BSPB series of pillow block units is similar to the BSCU series but is designed to be bolted down onto a flat surface which is parallel to the ball screw axis. It permits easier adjustment of alignments using shims. They can be supplied with either paired or quadruplex bearing sets. Add suffix DU, DB or DF for duplex and QU, QB or QF for quadruplex to indicate the arrangement required.
