Insert bearings
Insert bearings are single-row ball bearings for bearing units.
They have a massive outer ring with a spherical surface, an inner ring extending on both or one side, and a seal on both sides.
Types of insert bearings:
- Set screw locking, seals and flangers, extended both sides. Can be re-lubricated. (UC200/UC300, stainless steel SUC, MUC). Variation with cylindrical outer ring (CUC200).
- Set screw locking, seals, extended one side only. Can be re-lubricated. (US200). Variation with cylindrical outer ring (CUS200).
- Eccentric collar locking, seals and flingers, extended both sides. Can be re-lubricated. (EX200/ EX300). Variation with cylindrical outer ring (CEX200).
- Eccentric collar locking, seals, extended one side only. Can be re-lubricated. (ES200, stainless steel SES). Variation with cylindrical outer ring (CES200).
- Inner ring with tapered bore, adapter sleeve, seals and flingers. Can be re-lubricated. (UK200/ UK300, LK).
- Dimensions and tolerances like those of deep-grove ball bearings in the 6200 series, seals. Cannot be re-lubricated. (6200 SEE).
